  •  Sit comfortably whereby your spine is straight and the abdomen is relaxed and not compressed
  • Keep the hands on the knees with the palms facing down
  • Breathe in deeply through both the nostrils until the lungs are filled with air
  • Next breathe out the air through both the nostrils forcefully so that the stomach goes inside
  •  Repeat the process
