Summer tips!

  • Keep yourself hydrated with fruits and water.
  • You may try flavoured water!
  • For instance- To beat the heat , try having vetiver grass ( Khus ) infused water.
  • You may also try different flavours like sandalwood/ rose/ mint / lemon. They will have a cooling effect on your body.
  • You may try a sugar free version of lemonade.

Lemonade

Ingredients-

  • Water – 2 glasses
  • Lemon juice- 1 table spoon
  • Date paste- 4 tsp (it may vary as per your taste)
  • Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
  • Rocksalt – 1/4th tsp

Method- Take water in a vessel. Slice the lemon and squeeze the juice with the squeezer. Add date paste, rocksalt and cumin powder. Mix all until all the ingredients are well mixed and serve! Enjoy this cool and healthy refreshing summer drink.
